• Basic requirements for export documentation and your export customs declaration
• Be able to understand which documents are necessary for an international shipment
• Consider the requirements of a Commercial Invoice
• Be aware of Incoterms; who pays for freight and who takes the risk
• Have an awareness of compliance issues around exporting
• Understand the UK trade tariff and its importance
• Understand when and how to raise Preference Documents
• Be able to understand the documents for each mode of transport
• Consider the reasons for accurate export documentation and where to get help
• Dealing with Customs Intermediaries/Freight Agents/Express Fast Parcel Operators
• The importance of adequate Proof of export

From the ease of your chair learn how to be successful with your international transactions. These virtual half day training courses will provide you with the ability to take the BCC International Trade Assessment. A certificate will be awarded for each pass. Achieve a total of 6 passes and you will earn an International Foundation in Trade award.
